Material Selection: High-strength Q235B/Q355 cold-rolled steel coils and structural sections, tested for yield strength and thickness tolerance

Roll-Forming: Precision cold roll-forming of upright columns and beam profiles for consistent cross-section and structural rigidity

Cutting & Punching: CNC laser cutting and CNC punching for precision perforations on uprights, enabling adjustable beam height in 2" increments

Welding: Robotic and manual MIG welding for upright bracing, footplates, and beam end connectors, followed by weld inspection

Surface Treatment: Shot blasting to remove scale and rust, followed by degreasing and phosphating
